The location itself is shared with a pharmacy, small but clean, the doctor and staff are pleasant. The biggest concern I have is no disclosure statment on the fact that this location may not use the lab provided through insurance to make your lenses. I did my due diligence when receiving new insurance, which is Davis Vision, I called and asked for an in-network provider and they provided My Optical. I was never told they were not going to use the lab provided through my insurance and that they have their own lab, thus my insurance was never billed and now there is no claim. I am being billed as out of network because this location decided to use their own lab without the knowledge of the patient.
I also don't like that they do not respect appointment time, you have an appointment at 11am and you may not be seen until 12pm or later.

I came in for an eye exam for the dmv, to renew my license. This is my third time coming here, and I have to say that I dont regret it. The staff are all so patient and friendly. They make it easy to be a repeat customer. Me my wife and daughter have all left our previous eye care location to come here. Thank you everything you guys!!!
